		<description>I love his paintings... they are absolute magic.  And cucumber sandwiches. I just had someone ask me if it was hard to make them.  It seemed like a crazy question at the time but I answered they were easy as could be... as simple as butter salt and cucumbers or fancy with homemade mayo and herbs... both are delish... love your version.</description>
