		<description><![CDATA[Hi Megan. I am sorry to hear that the fries turned black! I have a gas oven so perhaps that is the difference. I would recommend checking the fries every 7-10 minutes to see how they are coming along. Once they are golden, then I would take them out of the oven. If you have a fan force oven it tends to run hotter. Good luck!]]></description>
