Love the images and the words… you capture Kahlo so well…the fascination and attraction with objects– taking them from the commonplace and setting them into the rare so you see them with new eyes… that was her genius.. that and being a natural visual mythologist! Wonderful post… I made your pumpkin mole… it was great!

I remember checking this book out of the library twice while I was at culinary school in London. I loved it so much, and this post brought back memories. I might have to buy it now!
